Q: Where does the money go when I donate to your organization?
A: Money donated toward our cause is divided between our programs, fundraisers, community give-backs and We Art Scholarship funds.
Q: How can I sponsor the organization?

Q: How can I partner with the organization’s mission?
A: We are open to collaborations that align with our goals. Contact weart@jaikomagazine.com with your name, your company, and contact, and a board member will be in touch to schedule a pitch meeting.
Q: How can I volunteer at your signature events?
A: Volunteering is an exciting way to serve the fashion and beauty industries. Volunteering will include you in key events like our educational panels, signature fundraisers, and other activities contributing towards our mission.

Requirements

A commitment of 90 days to 6 months

At least 4 hours per shift

Must attend all meetings about the event.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Applications for volunteers open 3 months before the event is scheduled. Follow us on social media @weartnpo to stay in the know and check back periodically for updates.
Q: How can I make a donation to your organization?
A: We are accepting monetary donation through PayPal Giving Fund, Cash App ($WeArtCo) , Zelle (weart@jaikomagazine.com). For non-monetary fundraiser donations Contact weart@jaikomagazine.com.
Q: What is a 501(c)(3) ?
A: A 501(c)(3) is the portion of the US Internal Revenue Code that allows for federal tax exemption of nonprofit organizations that meet the code's requirements. WeArtCo. falls under the category of Public Charity, meaning it usually receives a substantial portion of its revenue from the general public. Public support can be from individuals, companies, and/or other public charities.
Q: Who is eligible to apply for the We Art Scholarship?

Must be a resident in the United States of America​

Must attend, plan to attend, or apply to a two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school and in the State of Georgia

Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application - 25 years of age
Q: Do I have to currently be enrolled in a school in the State of Georgia?

You do NOT have to be currently enrolled in a school within the State of Georgia, but you must show evidence from an accredited institution that you will be enrolling. If you choose to use the grant for your business you must show that the scholarship support you seek will be applied there.
Q: When are applications being accepted?

The We Art Scholar applications begin on January 3rd and end on the first Saturday of August at 11:59 pm est.
Q: Do I have a chance of receiveing this scholarship with a below average GPA?

Ambition, purpose, innovation, and quality are some of the main factors we take into consideration when determining your candidacy for the scholarship. Our typical scholarship recipients demonstrate resiliency in dedication, creativity, and authenticity with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.0. Students with GPAs above this range are still encouraged to apply

Q: Do I need a GED or Highschool Diploma to become a We Art Scholar?

Applicants must have or be in the process of obtaining a GED or Higschool diploma at the time of the We Art Scholar application submission.
