Social Code
The following Social Code (together with the Guidelines (as defined below), the "Code") applies to our services at Jaiko Magazine™, which is owned and/or operated by Jasper Diamant LLC and its affiliates (collectively as "Jaiko Magazine™, "Us", "We" or "Our". These "Codes" represent a legally binding agreement between you the participant(s) ("you" or "Participant(s)"), and Jaiko Magazine™ regarding the projects at our company. Every project performed for Jasper Diamant LLC must adhere to the following guidelines:

Guidelines​

Participant(s) must arrive on set prepared for project preparation & ready to shoot. Our projects and contributors are on a timed schedule. Participant(s) must respect our set schedule.

During the Project, The Participant(s) and Contributors are not allowed to film, shoot, or record anyone engaged in the Project other than Jasper Diamant LLC's request.

The participant(s) must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs (including unauthorized prescription drugs), and the consumption or use of alcohol and illicit drugs on the premises of a shoot is strictly prohibited.

If sheer clothing, lingerie, or swimwear, is to be included, appropriate undergarments must be worn unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the participant(s) of the project. The participant(s) must agree to wear their wardrobe in advance before the shoot.

Any concerns the participant has regarding skin exposure must be considered, and no participant(s) should be pressured to expose themselves more than they feel comfortable.

A private dressing space must be available to everyone appearing in a shoot.

We recommend that the participant(s) should not be alone with a photographer, videographer, make-up artist, or other contributor participating in a project.

All participants in a project must act professionally and refrain from harassment of any kind including sexual advances, and offensive comments regarding a person’s sex, race, color, weight, body shape, size, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, physical threats or assaults.

All participants must be at least 18 years old. In the event a project calls for a participant younger than 18, a chaperone or legal representative must be present.

Jaiko Magazine™ maintains control over creative and aesthetic decisions, any concerns of the participant(s) their agent, or other legal representative should be considered respectfully.

​Participant(s) do NOT have control of the photographer's or videographer's edits. Any issues with the edits must be reported in letter format to Jasper Diamant LLC, 1870 The Exchange SE, Ste 200 - Atlanta, GA, 30339 including full details within 30 days following the release. Letters will NOT be accepted after 30 days. ​

​Participant(s) are NOT allowed to bring any extra audience(s) on set that is not included in the project. Any extra audience(s) will be asked to wait off-set until the project is completed. This includes anyone under the age of 18.
