Frances Harley, founder of Pretty Perf Experience is a young businesswoman on the rise to building an empire. Originally having a desire for a career in culinary arts at the age of seventeen, Harley expanded her boundaries and begin her beauty venture while in college where she grew a following of lash extension fans. Her eyes became a magnet for her clients and that was just the beginning.
Her business started as Pretty Perfect Minks, selling mink lash extensions, lipsticks, lipgloss, edge control, and even hair extensions. After becoming so successful with Pretty Perf Minks she branched off into becoming a makeup artist. More traffic began to flow her way instantly and from there she knew it was time for an upgrade. Pretty Perf Minks turned into the Pretty Perf Experience, a one-stop beauty supply shop.
In addition to her booming beauty business, she guides other emerging entrepreneurs. Utilizing her high school and college skills of marketing and business administration she hosts webinars and sells e-books to help educate on how to establish and grow a business. Also, the Pretty Perf Experience offers makeup courses for anyone who would like to progress their beauty skills and women empowerment pop-up shops.
